• Ensure on-time, safe, and high-quality setup, show execution, and dismantling
• Handle multiple events simultaneously across locations

• Oversee stage, fabrication, AV, lighting, sound, LED, rigging, power, and site infrastructure
• Finalize technical drawings, BOQs, production schedules, and execution plans
• Coordinate closely with creative, design, and client servicing teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, government guidelines, and venue norms

• Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors, suppliers, and freelancers
• Control costing, rate finalization, and vendor payments
• Manage large on-ground teams, supervisors, and crew

• Prepare and manage event budgets and production estimates
• Track expenses and ensure cost optimization without quality compromise
• Support finance team in billing, reconciliation, and vendor closure

• Strong knowledge of event production, fabrication, AV & technical systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with hands-on execution approach

We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer with strong technical expertise in drafting, detailing, and preparing accurate 2D/3D drawings. The ideal candidate converts concepts into precise technical layouts ensuring clarity, accuracy, and feasibility for production or execution.

• Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software
• Prepare fabrication drawings, plans, elevations, and sectional details
• Work closely with designers, project managers, and production teams
• Interpret design concepts and convert them into executable technical layouts
• Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, specifications, and measurements
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements
• Maintain documentation and version control of all technical files

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit (added advantage)
• Strong understanding of materials, joinery, fabrication, and construction detailing
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Accuracy in measurements, scaling, and layout planning
• Good understanding of event setups and exhibition fabrication
• Ability to work under timelines and handle multiple drafts
